I am sorry I have not been keeping up with the blog like I should.

This is my 9th day in the hospital and not much has changed. We do know that we will not be going home again before I have her. We have had 2 fluid checks and both looked good with a sufficient amount left. Tuesday will be my next ultrasound unless I have something alarming happen between now and then. Friday, I had a lot of back contractions and was monitored more than normal. I had about 4 "real" contractions and the rest showed up as irritability. They don't want me to have more than 6 an hour because that could cause me to dilate. We have no idea how far I am dilated at this very moment b/c they have not checked since last Friday, due to the risk of infection. They will not stop me, when I do start. Tomorrow I will be 35 weeks and all the Drs. I have seen say they are confident that if I had her now or anytime between March 4 that we will both be great.

I think I have had it in my head, that if I don't tell the Dr. about the contractions, then that's my way of pretending they are not there and then I won't have to deliver! Seems silly, but I have been so nervous about delivery and after she comes, I have wanted to continue to lay here so I didn't have to confront my fear. Thankfully, I had an informative talk with Jared, Momma and Alyson to ease my fears. (or at least try) and I do feel better about it all, still not happy about it, but I feel better! :)
