Thursday

Thursday I had my first appointment with Dr. Shine (she is in with Dr. Moffet) we did all the paperwork, history etc. I guess I will be happy at this office - we will see.
So I found out last night that I can not handle sappy movies right now. Jared and I were getting ready for bed and 'A Walk To Remember' came on. I have watched this movie tons of times and only shed a tear the first watching of it. Well, not last night. You know that song, "Let the River Flow" yep, that was me! Cried like a baby!!! Anyway, while sleeping, the night didn't get any better. Jared, who never moves, talks etc... was making such an awful humming type noise over and over, so like I always do if he is snoring or something, I lightly touched his foot. That's when he sat straight up in bed and started beating my feet and legs. I obviously don't allow this to continue to happen and I wake him up. He tells me that he is sorry but he had to "get that coyote" which was really just my foot touching him. He says I am crazy at night, but at least I don't beat him! lol, Just thought I would share my funny story with you!

News about Dr.

I just made my first appointment with Dr. Moffet tomorrow at 1:30. I had said that I wasn't going to have an "in between" appointment, I wanted my next appointment to be when I find out the sex. Well, obviously they don't care what I think b/c they said I had to have this appointment b/c they wouldn't do an ultrasound the first time b/c there is too much other stuff they have to do. Anyway, Ruby (the receptionist) said they won't tell me the sex until 19 -20 weeks! Are you kidding me!? I am only 13.5 weeks right now and it will take FOREVER for 20 to get here. Oh and some more good news, when I am 19 wks and can find out, Jared will be in Mexico for work, so I will have to wait until he gets back, unless I can sweet talk the Drs. Well just thought I would update everyone.

Good Weekend!

This past weekend was a good one for me and baby! Cory, Larissa and Adam had a cabin for the Florida/TN game, but Jared and I photographed our first wedding on during the game! We got to go up to the cabin afterwards though and had a great time. I will post some of the wedding pictures after we edit them some more. Not sure if I have blogged about the insurance crap I have been going through lately. To sum up the story... Dr. Vick accepts our insurance (BCBS-plan S) BUT St. Mary's does NOT accept it! I have put a call into Dr. Moffet at Ft. Sanders. They are reviewing my records and will let me know if they will see me. This has been a nightmare, and I left out a lot of details, anyway, just pray for us during this time of decision making! Well, I just wanted to update everyone! Have a great day!

Update...

Well, I just want to say that the rumors you hear about being pregnant and losing your mind are completely true! That being said, I would update you all a lot more if I could ever remember what my sign in name and password was. You say "write it down" I say "I can't find the paper!" lol
Anyway, No news as far as baby goes. I go to the Dr. the 24th. My sickness has taken a complete turn for the worse. Before, I was just nauseous all the time, now... I'm not just nauseous I follow through with it, if you know what I mean! Since we found out we were expecting I have kept records of my weight and belly measurements. I have lost almost 15 lbs., and my belly isn't really getting bigger, but yet my shirts don't fit right anymore! Go Figure!
Next weekend is our first wedding that Jared and I get to photograph! I am excited and nervous at the same time!
